Amaretto ice cream with amaretti

Ingredients

  • 1/2 vanilla pod
  • 420 g (whole) milk
  • 140 grams of whipped cream
  • 120 g sugar (granulated sugar or cane sugar)
  • 26 g base mix ice cream
  • 70 ml Amaretto

Preparation

Start baking the amaretti biscuits, according to Rutger Bakt's recipe. Once the biscuits are in the oven, it's time to get started on the ice cream, let's go!

Prepare the basic ice cream mix according to our recipe with all the above ingredients. Do not add the Amaretto until the mix has cooled down. Is the ice cream mix ready? Then pour it into the CUBE and turn on the machine. Biscuits & ice cream ready? Crumble the amaretti into small pieces and add to the ice cream to taste. Delicious!
