Shipping costs

The CUBES can be shipped to all countries in the EU. Shipping to countries in the Benelux is free, shipping to Germany costs €25,- and to other countries in the EU this costs €35,-.

We can ship the ice cream mixes to the countries in the Benelux, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. The shipping costs to countries in the Benelux are €6.95 and to other countries €15,-.

PostNL

We send our ice cream machines, base mixes and cubottos via the PostNL delivery service. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will send you a track and trace by e-mail so you can follow your parcel. Tip! If you order the app from PostNL download to your phone and link it to your address, you will always get notifications when packages are on their way to you. That will make you happy, won't it?

Delay Is your parcel delayed?

That's not good! If the delay is known to us, we will of course inform you. If it is delayed by PostNL, we advise you to check the track and trace.
