Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 294 g (whole) milk
- 98 grams of whipped cream
- 84 grams of sugar
- 20 g base mix ice cream
- 2 tablespoons of lime zest
- 126 grams of lime juice
- 105 g mascarpone
- 4 g lemon juice

Preparation
Prepare the base mix according to our recipe with the above ingredients. Use all ingredients except the lime juice, lemon juice and mascarpone. The basic recipe can be found at here. Add the lime juice, lemon juice and mascarpone to the mix once it has cooled down. Then pour the mix into the CUBE, turn on the machine and wait!
