Ingredients
- 231 g (whole) milk
- 77 grams of whipped cream
- 66 grams of sugar
- 15.4 grams base mix ice cream
- 250 grams of pear
- 4 g lemon juice
- 100 g flesh of ripe figs
Prepare the base mix according to our recipe with the above ingredients. You can find the basic recipe here. Is the ice cream mix ready? Then pour it into the CUBE, turn on the machine and wait!
*Tip: vary the amount of pear and when the mass is ready, add another 50g of fresh fig pieces to the ice cream.
