Sorbet lemon ice cream with basil

Zelfmix Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 513 grams of water
  • 154 grams of sugar
  • 26 g base mix sorbet
  • 10 g white wine vinegar
  • 125 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 8-10 basil leaves, finely chopped

Preparation

Prepare the base mix according to our recipe with the above ingredients. Use all ingredients except the lemon juice and basil. The basic recipe can be found at here. Now add the lemon juice to the mix and use a blender to get an even mixture. Then it is now time to pour it all into the CUBE. Just before the ice cream is ready, you can spat the basil leaves through the ice cream. The ice cream is now ready, time to enjoy!
