- ¼ vanilla pod or vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon specula spice
- 260 g (whole) milk
- 260 grams of whipped cream
- 110.5 grams of sugar
- 26 g base mix ice cream
- 100 grams of speculaas biscuits

Preparation
Prepare the basic mix according to our recipe with the above ingredients. Use all ingredients except the speculoos chunks. The basic recipe can be found at here. Is the ice cream mix almost ready? Then it is now time to add the speculoos chunks into the machine. It is also possible to manually spat the chunks through the ice cream later.
