Licorice ice cream

Zelfmix Roomijs

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of soft sweet liquorice
  • 230 g whole milk
  • 231 g (whole) whipping cream
  • 232 g brown soft sugar
  • 20 g base mix ice cream
  • 50 grams of water

Preparation

Cut/cut the liquorice into small pieces and dissolve them in the milk, water and cream in a saucepan over low heat. Then prepare the basic mix further according to recipe and at about 60 degrees add the caster sugar and base mix and heat to 85 degrees. Let the mix cool and then turn it into ice cream in the CUBE!
